You will align people strategies with financial performance, oversee the employee lifecycle, workforce planning, engagement and HR process implementation in a remote-first, globally distributed tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as HRBP or HR Director in digital/IT/product-focused organisations.
• Proven ability to manage core lifecycle processes (hiring, onboarding, development, succession, performance).
• Experience with payroll budgets, turnover, and HR analytics.
• Strong business acumen and data-driven decision making.
• Fluent in Russian and English.
