Job summary

Quantium is seeking an HR Business Partner in Australia to partner with technical and commercial leaders, addressing complex people challenges and delivering meaningful people initiatives. You’ll champion a high‑performance, inclusive culture and help the business attract and retain talent in a rapidly evolving AI-driven environment.

You’ll work in a collaborative, global context with a structured hybrid model, balancing in-office and remote work while driving people strategy across our Sydney

Qualifications

Experienced HRBP partnering with technical/commercial leaders in fast-paced, global environments
Strong coaching and influencing skills with a practical, straight-talking approach
Up-to-date knowledge of Australian employment law and ER matters
Comfortable using people data and analytics to surface trends
Openness to AI and new ways of working

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to navigate complex people challenges and design meaningful initiatives
Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned to Quantium's strategy
Lead on transformation initiatives in an AI-enabled environment
Provide trusted coaching to leaders and influence decision-making
