Job summary

Partner Company in Australia is seeking a Recruitment Lead to guide a remote, international talent acquisition team. You will own end-to-end recruitment, coach specialists, and partner with founders to optimize workflows and client satisfaction.

The role blends hands-on recruitment with people leadership and process improvements, offering growth toward a Recruitment Manager position as the team expands.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or high-growth environment.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring recruiters is a strong advantage, leadership-ready candidates welcomed.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills with clear evaluation decisions.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, including clear written updates and confident calls.
• Experience recruiting across diverse functions such as marketing, sales, creative, and operations.
• Familiarity with remote-first or distributed teams is a plus.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM–2:00 AM PKT.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment team and ensure high standards across candidate assessments and client communication.
• Coach Recruitment Specialists through screening/interview techniques and provide actionable feedback.
• Attend client interviews, translate observations into feedback, and support search progress.
• Manage weekly performance scoreboard and track pipelines, interviews, and placements.
• Oversee multiple active searches, identify bottlenecks, and intervene to maintain momentum.
• Provide weekly client updates on open positions, including both full-service and recruitment-only engagements.
