Job summary

The People Plugin is a fully remote Australian team that seeks an exceptional Senior People Partner to join our high-performing HR practice. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, embedding yourself into their businesses to deliver practical and strategic HR outcomes.

You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution across employee relations, performance, remuneration and engagement frameworks, while navigating Australian law and awards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of broad HR experience.
• Senior HRBP/HR Manager level or above experience.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and Modern Awards.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
• Hands-on consulting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client relationships and act as an extension of their HR teams.
• Provide strategic and practical HR leadership across multiple businesses.
• Design and implement People programs, roadmaps and governance.
• Coach leaders through employee relations and performance matters.
• Lead HR projects, audits, engagement surveys and workforce planning.
