PEAU Page Executive in Australia seeks a Human Resources Director to lead the people agenda across Australia and Asia. You will partner with regional leadership to translate global people strategy into practical business outcomes.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer in Europe, you will drive transformation initiatives, workforce planning, and governance across multiple jurisdictions, while leading a small regional HR team and influencing senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR in a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to drive transformation, growth or change programs.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate global people strategy into practical business outcomes across Australia and Asia.
• Lead all aspects of the employee lifecycle including workforce planning and talent acquisition.
• Coach leadership, plan succession, and develop talent.
• Drive organisational design, workforce effectiveness and team structure initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws across jurisdictions.
• Lead and develop a small regional HR team.
