Job summary

Tandem Partners Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead strategic workforce initiatives for a global technical workforce amid an organisational transformation. You will partner with senior leaders to shape people strategies, mobility, and capability improvements in a high-growth environment.

You will influence executive stakeholders, drive workforce design, change programs, and talent priorities while balancing operational delivery with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior HRBP experience in large, complex organisations.
• Strong capability in organisational design and workforce planning.
• Proven track record partnering with executives and leading change initiatives.
• Experience handling employee relations, investigations, and compliance matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning and organisational design initiatives aligned to business priorities.
• Provide advisory support and coaching to executive leaders.
• Partner on large-scale organisational change and transformation programs.
• Support leadership development, succession planning, and talent strategies.
• Manage complex employee relations matters and risk mitigation.
• Utilise people data to inform strategic decisions.
