Job summary

Page Executive is seeking an Human Resources Director to implement the global people strategy across Australia and Asia, reporting to the Chief People Officer in Europe. You will join the regional leadership team guiding capability building, transformation, and workforce effectiveness for about 100 staff in Australia and a similar size across Asia.

You will lead all aspects of the employee lifecycle, partner with executives, and drive change programmes while ensuring local legal compliance

Qualifications

Extensive HR leadership experience within a multinational environment.
Experience supporting business transformation, integration, growth or change programs.

Responsibilities

Translate global people strategy into practical business outcomes across Australia and Asia.
Partner with local leadership to drive transformation and organisational change initiatives.
Lead all aspects of the employee lifecycle including workforce planning and talent development.
Build leadership capability through coaching, succession planning and development.
Drive organisational design and workforce effectiveness across the region.
Ensure compliance with local employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
Lead and develop a small regional HR team.
