Job summary

The Hour Glass in Sydney CBD is seeking an HR Executive to support recruitment and broader HR operations across Australia and New Zealand. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for Corporate and Retail teams and coordinate onboarding, HRIS data, and payroll backup in a fast-paced luxury retail group.

You will collaborate with IT for new starter tools, maintain HR records, and provide guidance on HR matters with strong stakeholder engagement. On-site five days a week in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in HR desirable.
• Retail recruitment experience is advantageous.
• Understanding of luxury retail environment.
• Experience providing HR support and coordination.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment across Corporate & Retail teams.
• HRIS management and data entry.
• Onboarding and offboarding; conduct First Day inductions.
• Collaborate with IT for new starter tools.
• Provide HR guidance to team members on HR matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records.
