Globalization Partners Inc. (G-P) seeks an HR Specialist for the Employer of Record space to support active clients across Australia and ANZ.

You will own the full employee lifecycle, advise on compliance and contracts, and drive efficient onboarding and lifecycle events in a remote-first, globally distributed team. The role is a 1-year fixed-term maternity cover, with responsibilities spanning in-country labor laws, immigration coordination, remuneration support, and collaboration with Global

Formación

• 3+ years HR experience in a specialist role.
• Deep expertise of labour laws in Australia, Fair Work compliance, Modern Awards interpretation.
• Experience handling complex employee relations and terminations.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and collaboration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events and terminations in Australia, with regional support as needed.
• Manage sensitive employee relations cases and draft legally sound documentation.
• Coordinate with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors.
• Provide in-country expertise on benefits, compliance and workforce planning.
