Job summary

Influx, headquartered in Melbourne, is hiring a marketer to drive ICP-led campaigns and lead generation for global clients. This hybrid role is based in our Cremorne/Melbourne head office with 3–4 days on-site per week and room to grow the function as results prove effective.

You will own campaigns end to end, refine messaging, and optimize distribution across paid, search, and emerging channels to scale leads and revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven marketing experience leading campaigns that stand out.
• Proven track record generating leads and revenue via multiple channels.
• Experience in B2B marketing communicating to several buyers.
• Ability to diagnose and fix go-to-market problems with stakeholders.
• End-to-end campaign experience across channels.
• Strong comfort with data models, attribution and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own campaigns end to end from idea and message to creative and launch.
• Make every touchpoint—from search to landing page—clearly show why Influx is different.
• Know our ICP across channels and tailor messaging accordingly.
• Lead growth distribution, test new channels, and optimize ROI.
