Job summary

CBH is seeking an experienced inventory and logistics professional to safeguard stock integrity across domestic, bulk and container operations. You will oversee stock movements from receival to outturn, perform daily reconciliations and maintain accurate master data to support commercial outcomes.

You will work closely with the Trading team and stakeholders, applying strong analytical and Excel skills to resolve issues, drive efficiency and ensure timely execution of sales and purchases.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory, stock control or logistics coordination.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Analytical and data-driven problem solving.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to enhance customer and grower experience.
• Maintain master data and support harvest readiness activities.
• Manage stock movements, transfers, reconciliations and related transactions.
• Administer all Track Trade sales and purchases accurately and on time.
• Maintain work instructions and contribute to operational performance.
• Assist the M&T domestic marketing, trading and execution program.
