Job summary

CHS Broadbent Pty Ltd is seeking a Transport Coordinator to manage fleet scheduling and support the COO and transport team in delivering goods on time. The role involves coordinating with drivers and stakeholders, maintaining regulatory compliance, and seeking continuous improvements in operations.

Qualifications

• CoR and NHVR regulatory knowledge is highly valued.
• Experience in Agriculture/grain industry is desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Schedules fleet and supports COO and transport team to ensure admin tasks are delegated and completed.
• Tracks and documents transportation activities, maintains regulatory compliance, and identifies improvement opportunities.
• Monitors transportation costs and data to support continuous improvement and ensures timely delivery by coordinating with drivers and internal stakeholders.
