Job summary

CBH Group is seeking an Inventory/Stock Controller to oversee stock movements from receival to outturn across domestic, bulk and container operations. You will work with the Trading team to maintain inventory integrity and support commercial outcomes, with daily reconciliations and master data maintenance.

Fixed-term to end of March 2027, based in WA. You will partner with stakeholders, manage data accuracy, and contribute to operational performance while maintaining strong Excel skills and

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory, stock control or logistics coordination.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Analytical mindset with experience handling data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to enhance customer and grower experience.
• Maintain master data and support harvest readiness activities.
• Manage stock movements, transfers, reconciliations and related transactions across domestic, bulk and container operations.
• Administer the execution of Track Trade sales and purchases accurately and on time.
• Maintain work instructions and contribute to operational performance through stock management and support activities.
• Assist the M&T domestic marketing, trading and execution program.
