Job summary

Bunge in Melbourne seeks a proactive Container Operations Officer to coordinate container export shipments and manage allocations within a fast-paced agribusiness supply chain. You will work with shipping lines, packing sites and logistics teams to ensure contracts are executed efficiently and data integrity is maintained in AgTech and ProDoc systems.

Experience in container exports and international logistics is preferred, and you will build strong stakeholder relationships to deliver excellent

Responsibilities

• Coordinate container export shipments to meet contracts safely and on time.
• Book shipping space and manage container allocations to meet export program requirements.
• Build relationships with shipping lines, packing facilities and logistics providers.
• Liaise with packing sites and logistics teams to resolve operational issues.
• Manage container-related issues and arrange solutions.
• Maintain shipping, contract and packing information in systems (AgTech, ProDoc).
• Handle invoice queries, shipping line charges and accruals.
• Support Trade and Logistics teams with reporting and process improvement.
