Job summary

Reo Recruitment in Sydney seeks a Head of Reporting and FP&A to lead planning, forecasting and performance reporting, owning the group financial model and annual budget across two markets. You will deliver clear Board and lender reporting and translate strategic priorities into financial targets.

You will drive automation, oversee multi-market expansion, and partner with the CFO and ELT to shape capital allocation and operational insight. A CA/CPA is required and strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of FP&A, management reporting or commercial finance experience in a high-growth, multi-market organisation.
• CA/CPA or equivalent qualification is required.
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability.
• Experience presenting to CFO/CEO/Board and Executive Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and align plans with strategic priorities.
• Own and maintain the integrated group financial model with assumptions, scenarios and sensitivities.
• Manage the rolling forecast including trading performance and funding activity.
• Own monthly management reporting and KPI analysis for the Monthly Business Review.
• Prepare high-quality Board and Committee reporting on performance, outlook, risks and operating metrics.
• Support leaders in monthly business reviews and translate results into actions.
• Lead variance analysis and drive actions to close gaps and opportunities.
• Develop KPI frameworks and dashboards linking operational drivers to financial outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting quality, data integrity, and automation.
