Reo Group is recruiting a Head of Reporting and FP&A to lead planning, forecasting and performance reporting as the company expands into new markets. Reporting to the CFO, you will own the budgeting cycle, group financial model, and Board reporting, while shaping a scalable, automated finance function across two markets.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in FP&A, management reporting or commercial finance.
• Experience in a senior leadership role.
• Qualified CA/CPA or equivalent.
• Strong modelling, analytical ability and strategic forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting process and rolling forecast.
• Own integrated group financial model with scenarios.
• Provide monthly management reporting and Board reporting.
• Drive KPI frameworks and dashboards linking ops to financials.
• Enhance reporting quality, automation, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with CFO and ELT to translate strategy into targets.
• Oversee multi-market expansion financial planning.
• Support leaders with monthly business reviews.
