Role Overview

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Head of Reporting and FP&A will lead the organisation’s planning, forecasting and performance reporting agenda. The role will oversee the annual budget and rolling forecast, own the group financial model, and deliver clear Board and lender reporting. Working closely with the CFO and Executive Leadership Team, the successful candidate will translate strategic priorities into financial targets and provide robust analysis of performance against them.

Operating in multiple countries, the business is preparing for further expansion in early 2027. Continued investment in marketing, sales, technology and infrastructure will bring increasing scale and complexity. This role will help leaders understand the commercial drivers behind results, make sound operating and capital allocation decisions, and establish a scalable reporting function that combines strong financial discipline with modern automation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring plans align with strategic priorities.
  • Own and maintain the integrated group financial model, including assumptions, scenarios and sensitivities.
  • Manage the rolling forecast, incorporating trading performance, operational plans and funding activity.

  • Build and maintain KPI frameworks and dashboards that connect operational drivers with financial outcomes, unit economics and profitability.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting quality, consistency, data integrity and automation, establishing a reliable single source of truth.
Candidate Profile

You will bring at least eight years of experience across FP&A, management reporting or commercial finance, including experience in a senior leadership position. You will have advanced financial modelling and analytical capability, with a track record of leading budgeting, forecasting and reporting in a high-growth, complex or multi-market organisation. Experience in Financial Services would be advantageous but not necessarily essential.

A qualified CA, CPA or equivalent, you will be commercially astute, highly analytical and comfortable influencing at CFO, CEO, Board and Executive Leadership Team level. You will communicate complex financial information clearly, exercise sound judgement under time pressure and build effective relationships across the business. A curious, forward-looking approach to technology is essential, with demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve finance processes and reporting.

This is an opportunity to join a growing international business, with further expansion planned and significant investment underway across the business. As the business transitions from start-up to scale up, the role offers a close connection to executive decision-making, broad ownership of financial planning and reporting, and the opportunity to build a team and reshape how finance delivers insight.

  • Lead the group plan, financial model and reporting agenda across two markets
