Job summary

TSMG Holding seeks an experienced Field Operations Coordinator / Operations Manager to support the day-to-day execution of a large-scale field project in Australia. You will oversee field operations, coordinate distributed teams, and ensure schedules and reporting meet project goals.

The ideal candidate has a background in operations or project management, strong people leadership, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, project coordination, or project management.
• Experience managing distributed field teams.
• Strong people management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate daily operations, schedules, reporting, and escalations.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing operational environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for reporting.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Available for long-term cooperation on the project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day field operations.
• Manage communication with distributed field teams.
• Organize team schedules, assignments, and activities.
• Monitor project progress, attendance, task completion, and KPIs.
• Collect, review, and maintain operational reports and project data.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Handle escalations and communicate critical issues to project management.
• Support field team members with operational questions and day-to-day challenges.
• Ensure project processes and requirements are followed consistently.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Identify operational risks and proactively suggest solutions.
• Adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and circumstances.
