Job summary

TSMG is seeking an experienced Field Operations Coordinator / Operations Manager to support the day-to-day execution of a large-scale field project. The role requires strong organizational and people-management skills with experience managing distributed teams.

You will coordinate daily operations, support field team members, monitor schedules and reporting, resolve issues, and escalate critical matters when needed. Long-term cooperation is offered on an international, large-scale project.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, project coordination, or project management.
• Experience managing distributed field teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day field operations across the project.
• Manage communication with distributed field teams.
• Organize team schedules and assignments.
• Monitor project progress and operational KPIs.
• Collect and review project data and reports.
• Identify and escalate operational issues.
• Support field teams with day-to-day questions.
• Ensure processes and requirements are followed.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
• Maintain records and documentation in spreadsheets.
• Identify risks and propose mitigations.
