Job summary

Geodrill Australia seeks an experienced Multi-Skilled Supervisor to lead field teams in delivering safe, productive drilling operations across projects. You will oversee day-to-day field activities, mentor crews, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and client requirements.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting site issues, coordinating with customers, recording core samples and data, and maintaining strong communication to balance client expectations with crew performance and project

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Drilling Operations or equivalent supervisory qualification.
• S123, G2, G8 and G9 competencies.
• HR Licence or higher.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• White Card.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field crews, holding team members accountable while achieving favourable outcomes.
• Supervise day-to-day operations across a variety of projects and field activities.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Oversee safety, compliance, and quality requirements, ensuring adherence to company procedures and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot operational and site-based issues, identifying practical solutions to minimise downtime and maintain productivity.
• Liaise directly with customers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted representative of GeoDrill Australia.
• Ensure accurate collection, handling, logging, and reporting of core samples and operational data.
• Present operational data, account for deviations from plans, and proactively manage outcomes.
• Maintain a broad operational perspective, balancing client expectations, crew performance, safety requirements, and project objectives.
