Job summary

Livingstone International is seeking an organized Order Entry & Export Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role blends customer order processing, export coordination, freight management and admin support, working with customers, freight providers, warehouse teams and internal stakeholders to ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.

No two days are the same; you will coordinate international shipments, prepare freight quotations, process customer orders and support dispatch

Qualifications

• Experience in Order Entry, Customer Service, Logistics or Export Coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate export shipments and prepare export documentation.
• Arrange air and sea freight and manage bookings with forwarders.
• Monitor orders from quotation to dispatch and support warehouse.
• Review freight invoices and maintain shipment records.
• Provide logistics advice to sales teams.
