Job summary

Livingstone International Pty Ltd seeks an orderly and proactive Order Entry & Export Logistics Coordinator to join our Sydney team. The role combines customer order processing, export coordination, freight management and administrative support across international shipments.

You will work with customers, freight providers and warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time, while preparing quotations and supporting dispatch activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in order entry, customer service, logistics, freight forwarding, warehouse administration or export coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate export shipments from quotation through to delivery.
• Arrange air freight, sea freight and courier shipments.
• Prepare export documentation and supporting paperwork.
• Liaise with international customers regarding shipping requirements.
• Manage bookings with freight providers and customer-appointed forwarders.
• Monitor order progress through to dispatch and maintain records.
• Review freight and logistics supplier invoices.
• Assist with payment processing and approvals.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and filing systems.
