Job summary

Livingstone International is a leading Australian supplier of healthcare, medical, laboratory, dental, hygiene and workplace safety products. We are seeking an eCommerce & Marketplace Coordinator to support and grow our online marketplace channels, build strong customer relationships and resolve issues.

You will work with the Marketplace Assistant Manager to manage accounts, monitor performance, assist with promotions, and identify opportunities to expand product ranges and improve the customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in ecommerce, marketplace operations, account coordination or customer success.
• Strong customer service experience with enquiries, issues and follow-up.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to analyse data and identify trends or opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day management of marketplace accounts.
• Monitor marketplace activity, performance, promotions and pricing.
• Support account health and maintain marketplace standards.
• Build positive relationships with marketplace managers and partners.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve product, pricing, stock, and order issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and expand marketplace presence.
• Support onboarding activities for new marketplace partners.
