VXT Limited is seeking an Event Marketing Manager to coordinate and attend events globally, in Sydney in-person or remotely from North America. The role supports conferences, webinars, and owned events, with a focus on driving customer acquisition and engagement.

You will negotiate partnerships, manage logistics, and coordinate with sales for follow-up. The position offers potential senior progression, travel opportunities, and a competitive NZD package with strong growth incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of event marketing experience.
• This can be elevated to a senior role for the right candidate.
• Experience in the legal industry is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate conferences and owned events around the world.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and plan the annual event calendar.
• Manage booth design, merch, team travel, accommodation, and speaker presentations.
• Coordinate internal communications so attendees are well prepared.
• Report on event engagement and performance.
