Job summary

Viatris Australia is seeking a Meeting & Event Manager to lead planning and execution of internal and external events from Sydney. You will partner with marketing, communications, training, digital, leadership, and sales teams to deliver high-impact meetings.

The role requires expertise in virtual and hybrid events, governance, stakeholder management and strong use of event technology platforms such as Cvent.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills across stakeholders and teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex events from planning to delivery.
• Experience coordinating virtual and hybrid events with technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage internal and external events for Viatris Australia.
• Present proposals and updates to leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for event success (marketing, communications, training, digital, sales).
• Lead management of a single Event vendor (procurement, SLA, compliance).
• Maintain event compliance and training in collaboration with sales, legal and compliance.
