Job summary

OMICRON electronics Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Sales Support / Order Fulfilment professional in Melbourne to assist customers through the quotation, order, delivery and invoicing processes. You will work closely with sales, operations and the Austrian fulfilment team to ensure accurate, timely order fulfilment and strong customer service.

The role requires experience in order processing, freight coordination, invoicing, and familiarity with customs topics and Incoterms, plus excellent MS

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing and invoicing
• Knowledge of customs topics and Incoterms
• Strong MS Office skills and experience with Dynamics ERP/CRM

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries via email and phone
• Support the customer purchase journey from quotation to order to delivery to invoice
• Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment of orders
• Communicate with customers about orders, confirmations, delivery and invoicing
• Coordinate with the Austrian order fulfilment team
• Maintain data quality in the CRM and ensure accurate system notes
• Assist sales with opportunity management and lead follow-up (no cold calling)
• Help customers access the OMICRON Customer Portal
• Handle customer payment processes, including credit and collection discussions
• Provide back-up to the CSS team in product servicing and training
• Participate in team meetings and goal setting
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Perform other duties as required
