Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) is seeking a Legal Intern at 80-100% to gain hands-on experience in our international legal department. You will support international contract law, commercial and corporate matters, assist with contract reviews and notarizations, and conduct legal research.

Qualifications

Pursuing a law degree, with Bachelor's near completion.
Strong interest in international corporate law environment.
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
Pragmatic, reliable and organized with proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders.
Respect for confidentiality and discretion.

Responsibilities

Support the Legal team on civil and commercial law matters, with a focus on international contract law, commercial law and corporate law.
Assist with the review, preparation and administration of contracts and other legal documents.
Support corporate and administrative legal matters, including document notarizations and Commercial Register filings.
Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on relevant legal topics.
Assist in the preparation of contractual and settlement negotiations and participate in related meetings.
Provide general support to the Legal team on ongoing projects and day-to-day legal matters.
