We are looking for a motivated Legal Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience within the legal department of an international company.
Support the Legal team on a variety of civil and commercial law matters, with a particular focus on international contract law, commercial law and corporate law
Assist with the review, preparation and administration of contracts and other legal documents
Support corporate and administrative legal matters, including document notarizations and Commercial Register filings
Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on relevant legal topics
Assist in the preparation of contractual and settlement negotiations and, where appropriate, participate in related meetings
Provide general support to the Legal team on ongoing projects and day-to-day legal matters
Currently pursuing a degree in Law, with a Bachelor's degree completed or close to completion
Strong interest in gaining practical experience in an international corporate legal environment
Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
Pragmatic, reliable and well organized, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different stakeholders
Good attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
A practical learning experience within the Legal department of a global company
Exposure to a broad range of legal matters and insight into the day-to-day responsibilities of in-house counsel
