Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company is seeking an HR administrator to manage full cycle HR, onboarding, and policy administration in accordance with Australian labor laws and ADM standards. The role involves handling health insurance contracts, HR documentation, and support for recruitment campaigns.

You will work with SAP EC, Kenexa and MyADM, contributing to salary benchmarking and HR projects while promoting professional development within a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR and personnel administration.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration processes and documentation requirements.
• Intermediate English and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full cycle of HR administration and support key HR processes.
• Administer HR documentation including hiring, transfers, terminations, and contracts.
• Manage employee health insurance contracts and labor law compliance.
• Develop and update internal HR policies and job descriptions.
• Support onboarding programs and assist recruitment and candidate onboarding.
• Participate in HR projects, salary benchmarking and labor market analysis.
