Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) is seeking an Engineering & Project Services Coordinator to support the Engineering Services and NA Projects groups in Decatur, IL. You will handle project systems administration, timesheet coordination, contractor administration, and office support on-site on ADM's NAHQ floor.

This role emphasizes coordination and processing without financial approval authority, contributing to operational excellence in engineering services and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field, OR five years of related administrative/coordination experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and detail.
• Strong organizational, coordination and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Maintain Ajera project information; generate invoices and reports.
• Process timesheets and purchase transactions per approval workflows.
• Coordinate contractor timesheets in Fieldglass; process invoices in Coupa.
• Interface with accounting for reconciliation and reporting.
