Job summary

Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is seeking a Global Rewards and Benefits Consultant to design, implement, govern, and continuously improve employee benefits across multiple countries. The role reports to the Director People & Culture and involves cross-border collaboration and travel.

You will lead global governance, compliance, analytics, and vendor management to ensure competitive, compliant, and cost-effective benefits programs aligned with organisational objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Benefits, Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits or related HR specialty.
• Strong understanding of employee benefits and reward practices.
• Experience partnering with external vendors and service providers.
• Proven ability to analyse programme utilisation, market data and costs.
• Valid Australian working rights: Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, govern and continuously improve a global benefits framework across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory and governance requirements across countries.
• Support annual salary review and compensation planning processes; contribute to reward analytics and Total Rewards projects.
• Partner with brokers, insurers, consultants and benefit providers; support vendor reviews and renewals.
• Analyse programme utilisation, market data and costs to identify insights and opportunities.
