Job summary

Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is seeking a Global Rewards and Benefits Consultant to design, implement, and govern benefits programs across multiple countries. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and external providers, with travel across time zones as needed.

You will lead the development of the benefits framework, ensure governance and compliance, support salary reviews, and provide analytics to inform Total Rewards initiatives while aligning with organisational goals.
