Job summary

Cotton On is seeking a Rewards Analyst to support global reward initiatives, including remuneration reviews, job evaluations and benefits. You’ll leverage data to inform reward decisions and ensure governance across programs, collaborating with a Rewards Partner to maintain data integrity and drive improvements.

This 12-month contract role focuses on analytics-driven people outcomes, with opportunities to influence reward frameworks and processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Requires experience in Reward, Benefits, or HR with data-driven mindset.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience working with HRIS systems and governance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Annual remuneration reviews, job evaluations and benefit programs across global business.
• Analyse market salary data and reward insights to inform strategies.
• Maintain reward data and remuneration structures ensuring data integrity across programs.
• Support reward governance and ensure compliance within frameworks and legal requirements.
• Deliver timely execution of reward processes and collaborate with People & Performance partners.
