Job summary

Hexagon is seeking a Global Rewards and Benefit Consultant to design, implement, and govern employee benefits across multiple countries. The role reports to the Director People & Culture and requires collaboration with cross-border teams to align incentives with business objectives.

You will focus on benefits strategy, governance, analytics, and vendor management while supporting annual salary reviews and Total Rewards initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Benefits, Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or a related HR specialty.
• Strong understanding of employee benefits and reward practices.
• Experience partnering with external vendors and service providers.
• Proven ability to influence multi-divisional/matrix orgs in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and govern global employee benefits programs.
• Drive governance, compliance across jurisdictions and regulatory requirements.
• Support salary reviews, compensation planning, and analytics for Total Rewards.
• Partner with brokers, insurers, consultants and benefit providers.
• Analyse utilisation, market data and costs to identify improvement opportunities.
