Peoplecorp is seeking a Total Reward professional to shape and enhance our remuneration, benefits, performance, and equity strategy. You will partner with leaders across the business to design practical solutions in a complex, globally enabled environment.

You’ll apply strategic thinking while getting into the detail, challenge the status quo, and roll up your sleeves to deliver meaningful outcomes that support employees and the business as it grows.

Qualifications

• Strong experience across compensation and reward.
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
• Experience with equity programs is highly regarded.
• Exposure to global reward environments or consulting background is advantageous.
• Curiosity, adaptability and willingness to roll up your sleeves in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support total reward initiatives across compensation, benefits, performance and equity.
• Review, redesign and improve reward processes and frameworks.
• Provide expert advice on remuneration practices, market insights and reward principles.
• Support management and evolution of equity programs within a complex listed environment.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver effective reward solutions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, improve and innovate reward practices.
• Support broader reward projects during global growth.
