Amazon's Apprenticeship Program Team in APAC and Australia seeks an experienced programme manager to own the end-to-end apprentice experience—from onboarding through conversion to full-time employment—and to scale programmes into new markets.

You will collaborate with HR, Legal, Procurement, recruiters, training providers and government entities to build scalable operating models, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive data-driven improvements that reduce administrative burden.

Formación

• 5+ years of programme or project management experience.
• Experience owning programme strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day apprenticeship programme operations across multiple countries, partnering with HR, Legal, recruiting, and business leaders to remove blockers, manage cohort planning, and drive apprentice-to-employee conversions.
• Establish relationships with training providers, registered training organisations, and government-funded bodies, including contract negotiation and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific apprenticeship regulations and funding frameworks by maintaining documentation and reviewing terms of employment with Legal and HR.
• Design and deliver apprentice engagement initiatives, monitor programme health via completion and satisfaction data, and report outcomes to leadership.
• Leverage AI support tools and government compliance expertise to standardise processes and scale programmes into new markets.
