Job summary

Airservices Australia seeks a highly organised program coordinator to lead the establishment of its apprenticeship and traineeship framework. You will work with TAFEs, RTOs, and internal teams to implement a national program and build sustainable workforce pipelines across Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, or Canberra.

You will coordinate governance, reporting and participant support while developing scalable processes in a developing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating apprenticeship, traineeship, early careers or similar programs.
• Experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong administration, planning and organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and coordinate Airservices Australia's apprenticeship/traineeship framework.
• Coordinate delivery of programs across the organisation with internal stakeholders and partners.
• Support governance, reporting and participant support activities for program growth.
• Develop processes and frameworks to establish a strong foundation for future scale.
