Job summary

Amazon's PXT PMO in AU, SG, and CN is seeking a Program Manager focused on improving the associate and manager experience within our fulfillment network. You will turn site needs into clear requirements and drive delivery with analytics and technology partners.

This on-site role in Sydney requires you to own local analytics, manage reporting, support onboarding metrics, and partner with central and offshore teams to raise the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering HR programs at scale.
• Experience communicating status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions and measure impact.
• Experience managing multiple projects across fast-paced teams.
• Experience with AI and HR technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Champion the associate and manager experience for deliverables.
• Own local analytics and translate reporting needs into actionable requirements.
• Centralize support and case management with cross-team collaboration.
• Validate onboarding metrics and deprecate local reporting as central capability matures.
• Track delivery against program metrics and report progress to leadership.
