Job summary

DA Aviation Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support international aircraft transition projects from Brisbane, coordinating RFQs, supplier quotes, orders and shipments. You will liaise with airlines, lessors, MROs, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of parts and documentation.

The role emphasizes structured information flow, proactive communication, and end-to-end project coordination in a fast-moving aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, procurement, order management, logistics or supply chain administration.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Confidence communicating with international customers and suppliers.
• Attention to detail with part numbers, serial numbers and shipping documentation.
• Ability to identify risks, elevate issues and drive actions through to completion.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• RFQ and supplier management: issue RFQs, obtain quotations, maintain records, consolidate responses, propose alternatives.
• Order management: convert requirements to POs, confirm delivery, monitor orders, handle changes and discrepancies.
• Shipping and logistics: arrange domestic/international transport, coordinate with freight providers, issue shipping docs and tracking updates.
• Customer and project communication: provide updates, prepare status reports, attend meetings, escalate issues when needed.
