Job summary

Pace Appointments Pty is recruiting a Project Coordinator to support a major freight-forwarding project in Australia. You will work with an operator in Sydney to coordinate freight movements from origin to final delivery, supporting a growing program with national scope.

You’ll join a fast-growing team, with opportunities to take ownership of day-to-day logistics and advance alongside the project as it expands across Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transport or project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of export operations with exposure to container movements and airfreight charters.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confidence communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
• The ability to take ownership, work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Working closely with an existing operator based in Sydney, you’ll play a key role in coordinating the movement of freight across Australia, ensuring the smooth execution of complex logistics requirements from origin through to final delivery.
