People Group is seeking a Project Coordinator in Brisbane to manage end-to-end logistics for diverse projects. You will coordinate shipments by road, air, sea, and other modes, while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with ISO and health and safety targets.

The role requires a Diploma or degree or relevant experience, plus 5+ years in international logistics, and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle logistics for projects and shipments by road, air, sea, or others.
• Quoting, organizing, billing, documentation, and door-to-door shipments.
• Analyze schedule, quality, and performance of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assess supplier/subcontractor performance.
• Input into EP&P documentation as required.
• Stakeholder interface management; collaborate across teams.
