Job summary

AAR Global Services – Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support customers in Brisbane, QLD. You will collaborate with the PMO Regional Manager and PMO Director to plan resources, timeframes and budgets, and to manage schedules, risks and documentation for enterprise software deployment projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Project Management or a related discipline and at least 2 years of relevant experience; alternatively, a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
• Experience analysing business requirements, configuring enterprise software solutions, supporting system implementations and coordinating enterprise software deployment projects in aviation maintenance, airline operations, MRO environments or related industries

Responsibilities

• See Implementation Project through to its ultimate and successful completion with timely delivery of all deliverables and tasks.
• Communicate with PMO Regional Manager or PMO Director to ensure resources are available for project success.
• Act as point of contact and communicate project status to relevant stakeholders; update timelines and information to the project team.
• Define project requirements, scope, objectives and priorities with the customer.
• Address customer requests, issues and questions on time and with quality; ensure satisfaction.
• Escalate potential pitfalls or detrimental customer decisions to PMO leadership.
• Apply lessons learned from prior projects to improve current implementations.
• Monitor expenses, adhere to the budget, and maintain project documentation, plans and reports.
• Define and implement system trans codes, configuration switches and data migration status with the customer for validation.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure proper filing and storage.
• Other duties as assigned.
