Peopleconnexion Recruitment in Brisbane is seeking a Logistics & Procurement Administrator to join the aviation charter services organisation at their corporate office. This full-time, onsite role supports procurement, logistics and finance functions in a dynamic environment.

You will reconcile POs, manage stock, coordinate shipments both locally and internationally, and liaise with vendors and Finance to ensure accurate payments. Knowledge of aviation MRO is advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Procurement or Logistics experience is required; aviation MRO background is highly regarded.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a small, fast-paced team.
• Solid warehouse/logistics experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and a proactive can-do attitude.

Aufgaben

• Reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries; follow up on discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely payments.
• Raise purchase orders and maintain stock records for traceability.
• Monitor and coordinate local and international shipments with freight forwarders and customs officials.
• Manage and renew technical/operational publications and IT software subscriptions.
• Support the logistics team in ensuring purchases are correctly allocated to respective entities.
• Negotiate with vendors and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Handle goods receipts, dispatching, and freight monitoring.
