Job summary

Employment Hero seeks a Head of Movement Marketing & Content to lead a high-velocity, global publishing operation. You will own the narrative around AI and employment, turning product releases and data into timely, shareable content across X, LinkedIn, video and podcasts.

You will drive movement marketing, scale the Newsroom and content engine, and measure success by share of voice. A remote-first, high-autonomy role with global reach and stakeholder collaboration awaits.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in content, campaign, social, or publishing leadership.
Proven track record building executive/founder profiles on X and LinkedIn.
Strong writing and storytelling with data-driven content.
Experience turning product releases into timely, shareable content.

Responsibilities

Build and run a high-profile publishing operation across X, LinkedIn, video and podcast.
Own and scale Employment Hero’s Newsroom, video and podcast as a near-daily publishing operation.
Lead end-to-end movement marketing and multi-channel campaigns globally.
Define and drive narrative penetration and share of voice with Communications and External Affairs.
Lead newsroom, production and social teams with a single content brief.
