• 5+ years hands-on experience managing Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo preferred) in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• Demonstrated AI-first approach to building agentic workflows and automation.
• Strong data flow understanding across MarTech to Salesforce and lifecycle transitions.
• Proven ability to drive system integrity and reduce technical debt.

Responsibilities

• Platform Management & Support: oversee Marketo operations for high uptime and scalable processes.
• Lead Investigations & Troubleshooting: diagnose funnel leakage, routing, scoring, and sync issues.
• Operational & Campaign Optimisation: streamline logic, apply AI to repetitive tasks, speed up time-to-market.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: translate business requirements into technical data constraints.
• System Overhaul & Simplification: partner on strategic projects to clean and simplify Marketo.
• List Operations Management: ensure data hygiene and segmentation for timely executions.
