Employment Hero, a global HR tech leader, is hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist focused on AI-first automation to overhaul our Marketo-driven marketing engine. You will architect end‑to‑end workflows, reduce manual tasks, and partner with Sales and Marketing to deliver scalable systems.

You will manage Marketo operations, troubleshoot data flows to Salesforce, and drive continuous optimization while maintaining clear documentation and a high-performance mindset.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Marketing Automation or MarTech in B2B, with Marketo preferred.
• Strong understanding of data flows from touchpoint to Salesforce.
• Experience in AI-enabled marketing workflows is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Platform Management & Support: oversee Marketo daily ops, uptime, and scalable processes.
• Lead Investigations & Troubleshooting: diagnose funnel leaks and sync issues between Marketo and Salesforce.
• Operational & Campaign Optimisation: drive AI-assisted automation and faster go-to-market.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: translate business needs into data constraints and solutions.
• System Overhaul & Simplification: partner on high-level projects to reduce technical debt.
• List Operations Management: manage data hygiene, segmentation, and list execution for 2 direct reports.
• Documentation: maintain comprehensive docs for systems and workflows.
