Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to architect and automate our marketing engine in a remote-first, AI-enabled environment. Lead the transition from manual processes to autonomous, AI-assisted workflows that reduce friction and debt across the MarTech stack.

You will own platform management, data hygiene, and cross-functional alignment with sales and business teams, delivering scalable, transparent marketing operations at global scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience managing Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo preferred) in a B2B environment.
• Strong appetite for using AI tools to automate MarOps problems.
• Ability to map data flows across the MarTech stack and design scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Platform management for Marketo and related tools to ensure uptime and scalable processes.
• Investigate funnel leakage and troubleshoot routing, scoring, and sync issues between Marketo and Salesforce.
• Drive continuous Marketo optimisation and apply AI to automate repetitive tasks.
