Employment Hero is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist with an AI-first mindset to lead Marketo operations and automation. You will own the marketing engine, manage Marketo and Salesforce integrations, and drive data hygiene and process improvement across the MarTech stack.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams to design scalable, AI-assisted workflows, reduce manual tasks, and document systems for transparency. Remote‑first environment with a focus on high performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience managing Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo preferred) in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• Strong CRM integration knowledge and data flows across MarTech stack.
• Experience with AI tools or orchestration platforms to automate MarOps.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot funnel leakage and optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Platform Management & Support: oversee day-to-day Marketo operations for uptime, accuracy and scalable processes.
• Lead Investigations & Troubleshooting: diagnose routing issues, scoring anomalies, and Syncs between Marketo and Salesforce.
• Operational & Campaign Optimisation: drive continuous Marketo improvements and AI-driven automation.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: map marketing, sales, and business processes to data constraints and solutions.
• System Overhaul & Simplification: partner on high-level projects to reduce debt and build a clean Marketecture.
• List Operations Management: manage data hygiene, segmentation and list execution, exploring AI enrichment.
• Ruthless Documentation: maintain comprehensive docs for systems and workflows.
