Employment Hero is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist who combines Marketo depth with an AI-first approach to automation. You will architect the marketing engine, replacing manual workflows with autonomous AI-powered processes and driving data-driven decisions.

This role focuses on platform management, lead investigations, campaign optimization, and cross-functional alignment, while mentoring two List Operations reports in a scalable MarTech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on marketing automation experience (Marketo preferred) in B2B.
• Strong CRM experience, especially Salesforce integrations.
• Comfort with AI tools and automated agents to improve MarOps.

Responsibilities

• Platform Management & Support: run Marketo with high uptime and scalable processes.
• Lead investigations & troubleshooting: diagnose routing, scoring, and sync issues.
• Operational & Campaign Optimisation: improve logic, apply AI, speed up time-to-market.
• Cross-Functional Business Alignment: map business processes to data constraints.
• System Overhaul & Simplification: reduce technical debt and simplify Marketo.
• List Operations Management: manage data hygiene and segmentation with potential AI automation.
• Ruthless Documentation: maintain comprehensive system documentation.
