Job summary

Sika Australia is seeking a driven Technical Sales Representative to grow geosynthetic and environmental solutions across remediation, mining, infrastructure and civil construction in Sydney and on the road.

You will hunt new business, build relationships with engineers, consultants and end users, manage a pipeline, and close profitable deals while representing innovative products and delivering measurable commercial outcomes. Remote flexibility is available within the Sydney region.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B technical sales experience in construction materials or related sectors.
• Experience with geosynthetics, civil construction, mining or environmental solutions preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage field-based duties.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Hunter mentality capable of influencing specifications and selling value.

Responsibilities

• Hunt new business and build relationships with engineers, consultants, contractors and end users.
• Develop opportunities across mining, defence, aviation, ports, infrastructure and environmental remediation.
• Own your territory, manage pipeline and close profitable deals.
• Prepare quotes and pricing proposals and follow up contracts.
